Having grown up in the homebuilding business in Colorado Springs working alongside his father and uncle, Bud Ingels has been involved in learning every aspect of building a home from frame to finish. He and his wife, Candy, are the owners of High Point Custom Homes. This unique team is expert in all phases of building a custom home offering their clients everything from choosing a building site, design of their dream home, and daily hands-on direction of the project. Candy is an interior designer working closely with Bud helping clients select design finishes from plumbing fixtures to carpet, tile and granite.

Many things set High Point Custom Homes apart from other custom home builders including their product knowledge, eye for detail, and high standards of finish. Bud and Candy are firm believers in continuing education in the building business keeping themselves up-to-date on the newest and best methods and products. Bud's first priority is excellent communication with his clients, keeping them informed and involved in the building process from start to finish. He also has outstanding service after the sale offering an in-depth warranty program on all of his homes.

Bud has been active in the National Homebuilders Association for many years serving on numerous committees. He was co-chairman of the Parade of Homes in 1993, chairman in 1994, and a recipient of the prestigious Mame Award.

He has completed projects in Snowmass and Aspen, Colorado as well as 48 custom homes and town homes in Kissing Camels Estates including The Park, The Courtyard, and his current project Villas at the Greens.

Bud was instrumental in the development of the Broadmoor Resort community and built the Villas at Log Hollow, a 41 unit town home project. He and Candy were also actively involved in the pre-construction process for the Brownstones at the Broadmoor.
